"Even though the building is being renovated, the service trailer still had the nice amenities. Nice waiting room, drinks, and snacks. I was told it would take 2 hours and that was correct. They didn’t try to add on any extra services. Did what I had asked for."

"Had an 8am appointment yesterday for my recall notice, upon arrival I asked if they could check something out with the vehicle, told no problem, I'd still be able to get the car that day. By 2pm I hadn't heard anything so I called and had to leave a message, an hour later I get a call back with the findings of the inspection and the totals. Told them I'd give them a call back. Called them back within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with them, had to leave another message. I told them only to do the recall work at this time. By 5:15 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back, this time someone from service actually answered. I was told they were waiting to hear back from me about the work. I informed Larry I had called and left a message to only perform the recall work minutes after we had gotten off the phone. His response was he didn't see it and the tech had gone for the day, but he could have my vehicle ready first thing this morning. I asked if it would be ready by 7, was informed no it would be more like 9:30-10am. So they had my vehicle all day and never even bothered to perform the recall work which was the initial reason for the appointment. Their service department is the worst ever. Seemingly they need to hire someone strictly to answer calls in the service department instead of calls rolling into voicemails that don't get "seen" or heard in a timely matter. Extremely dissatisfied."

"The service department has gotten a lot better. I gave them 4 stars for the improvement. The service at the time of my visit was fantastic. It was the best I've received since I purchased the car."

"Loved my experience here service was quick and my service advisor Larry was very professional and friendly and my technicians name was Ben he was very knowledgeable and a honest technician he replaced my starter on my Honda Civic in less than 2 hours when I was told it was going to be an all day job instead of trying to upswell like most mechanics he let Larry know what really needs to be fixed and what can hold off for a couple months I was able to get back on the road before noon"

"Update 2: Went to a SAM's Auto Shop and had the tire patched free of charge. There was only 1 puncture. No need for a new tire at all. Will never return to Anderson Honda again. The service staff has defended their dishonesty, from the Manager down. Update: Lee Ferguson, Service Manager, responded to my rating via survey. Defensive from the start. No offer of resolution or even acknowledging my experience. Stood his ground and let me know that in the future they would show me the physical damage. Well his dismissal and responses removed all possibility of me returning. — Had a scheduled oil change. Was pushed back on when I said I didn't want to do a tire rotation. Just an oil change. Oil change was preferred. The service advisor, Jerard Sweetwine, came back and told me that my tire has two punctures right next to each other and they could not be patched. Did not say where and did not show me the punctures. New tire would be $265 in addition to the oil change, which is $109 without rotation. I pointed out that at the last oil change the tires had been rotated and yet the same tire - back right - said it was low on pressure. If it had been rotated, it's a different tire now. Seemed like a faulty sensor to me. He then responds while stammering, "well the technician said..." I overheard this same service advisor tell 3 people before me they needed new tires. Literally every person before me. After I pushed back, and said, no I don't want to replace the tire -- maybe it's a faulty sensor -- did they go back and do the oil change. Then only mentioned perhaps I look into my tire warranty if I have one or to come back if I change my mind. This was unnecessary and left me with a sour experience. This seemed dishonest. It has been 7 days since service and no longer does the tire indicate pressure has been lost. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to have to find yet another dealer to get service work done on. My vehicle is a 2021 model. It has been to 2 dealerships for 3 scheduled services. Honda Towson ( now closed ) and twice now at Anderson Honda. Recommendations for an honest service center are appreciated."
