"I can't review the service because she never showed up. Took 2 weeks of sporadic texting to get a date for an appt. No time was set, but I explained in detail my flexibility for that day. It was just a nail trim for my older cat who's very bad in the car. The day of the appt came & went over a week ago and I still have not heard from her."

"NO STARS. If it was an option, it would be MINUS "5" stars! Unfortunately, I find it necessary to write my first NEGATIVE review ever. I had 3 different appointments set up with "Sheri" over the past two weeks to groom our two Shih Tzu's. She never showed up for one appointment. She didn't even respond to voicemail messages or many of several text messages? One text message that I did get, stated that she had been bitten by a cat, so we rescheduled it. She did not show up for that appointment. Then the second message which came 6 hours after the second scheduled appointment time stated that a family member had surgery complications. So I thought, okay, I certainly couldn't argue with that, so I rescheduled it one more time. Shame on me. Once again, she never showed up. That was yesterday. As of right now, I never heard from her. Not a phone call apologizing or even a text message to let me know that she wasn't coming at all. I find her completely Unprofessional and totally Unreliable. I cancelled and rescheduled appointments to work around her schedule on 3 different days and ended up waiting the entire day for her to show up. She never showed up. Any mature responsible adult would have at least had the common decency to let me know that she wasn't coming. Very Frustrating and Extremely Disappointed. I would NEVER Recommend her to anyone that I know. PS. I did look for reviews prior to scheduling the first appointment with her. I couldn't find any in the Hackettstown area, however, last night I checked further and found another location in Chester. Not good reviews. Again, very unprofessional."
