"I brought my greyhound here once, and will never go back. I brought her food and blanket. When I came to pick her up, they returned most of her food unused. I think they only fed her once a day instead of the twice a day I asked for. Her blanket was soaking wet, as was her run. And she was obviously traumatized. I do not recommend."

"I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet. I used this kennel at the end of June 2019 because everyone else was booked. After leaving my 7 lb mini dachshund with these folks for a long weekend I arrived to pick him up to find that his blanket was soaking wet. Did they hose out the kennel with my 13YO dog in it? Further I’d left them food and meds for him for the 4 days only to get back my supplies virtually untouched. They didn’t give him his meds and I wonder if they even fed him. Lastly although they had many open runs they put my little Toby between two huge dogs that, apparently, barked all day long. It took him over a month to recover from 4 days at this place. If there was an option for negative stars I would have chosen it. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with my pets. Use this kennel at your pet’s own risk."

"Last minute we needed to find dog care while we went to Massachusetts for a family member. Unfortunately this fell on the July 4th weekend. Our vet could not take our 5 month old puppy. Aladdin did take her and we were grateful. We got there and it wasn't the cleanest. The woman who had been kind and understanding in the phone was obviously a bit over worked at this point. She had us bring our pup back and told us to show her that the flap opened at the back to access food and additional run space (17ft I believe). She dumped the bag we brought of the puppy's stuff and waited for us to say goodbye. I asked didn't about walking and was told that would be 5$ every time they took her out of the kennel... And they were full sand nobody was getting walked. I didn't feel like I was making a good choice as we departed but beggars can't be choosers right? We picked up on Sunday as scheduled between 8-9am. No one has been in the kennel. The woman came from the well cared for home beside the kennel to let us in and take our payment. Cash only, which always breeds confidence. There was pee and poop... Some of it leaking from the front of the kennels. Our pup was freaking out. We got her home and she was filthy and smelled awful.. She threw up twice that first day and had diarrhea. She peed inside 2x when before she went we weren't having any accidents. She pooped in her crate and got it everywhere. She had not had an accident in her crate since she was 11 weeks old. I would have paid for walking and grooming but was rebuffed. I had no issue with the increased price for basic care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this kennel. I should have brought her with us and figured it out."
