"Our Kenmore refrigerator(manufactured by Daewoo) stopped cooling and I called Ascend to see if they could come out and take a look. Mohammed came out the same day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He told me what part was needed and told me to give him a few days to find it via his distributor since it wasn't available on Sears Parts Direct. After 4 days, I contacted him to check the status of his ability to locate the part. I received no response to my phone call or text message. I did pay him $90 to diagnose the problem, and it has been no response since. Others seem to have had a good experience, but I was disappointed with my experience because he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. If he couldn't find the part; I would have appreciated him just saying that. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience."

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Ascend. When my dishwasher installation with removal of the old appliance was cancelled by the company I ordered from, I was at a loss for who to call. It required coordination with a freight delivery and an installer on the same day as I have no garage or porch to store a large appliance for a later time. I searched Google reviews and looked for a local company with many, recent reviews and Ascend came out on top. I called and was answered quickly. Installation was scheduled for the afternoon following the morning appliance delivery 2 days after I called. The price was reasonable and installation went smoothly. Mohammad gave tips on keeping the dishwasher functioning well and communicated well so there were no surprises. I will definitely use Ascend again!"
