"Pulling our camper was, sometimes a "bouncy" experiance. I figured I needed better shocks on my truck. I took the camper to them for an annual inspection, and they found that the leaf spring shackles were worn out. They called, with the problem, and verified that it was ok to do the work. They fixed it, and inspected the camper, and now it's a smooth, stable ride. Their work was professional, timely, and affordable. They also winterized it, and now it home for the Winter. "Go elsewhere do your self a favor. This place sabotaged my RV and a squirrel made a nest in my air intake while it was in their parking lot for 2 weeks andthey tried to blame that on me too. Now I have to take my RV to the ford dealership so they can fix the problem these guys created. I'll be opening a claim with the magistrate to get my 3 grand back for a job undone. I'll never do business here again and i suggest you dont either. Not only are these people criminals but when you call them on it they hang up the phone on you. The son of the owner of this business is an emotional child and I wouldn't do business again with these unprofessional clowns if I was paid to. That kid is an embarrassment to his entire family. I honestly feel bad for Cecil now. In response to your reply. I've tried contacting the owner 3 times now only to be talked down to by the owners son. Who is 100% a criminal who stole $3000 from us over a class A Thor motorhome that was in for a bad catalytic converter. He should be arrested and you all should be ashamed of yourselves."

Both times the inspection was completed in a timely manner, the employees were very nice, and the price was reasonable. No attempted up selling that seem common at other RV service centers. I will be returning as needed."
