"I am revising my review because I did not realize this. This was just brought to light by another plumber. They left our yard a mess. It is not graded like it should be. The dirt is just a mound and you sink in when you stand on it. They didn't level it or compact it like it should be.. Another plumber told us that the water can collect right against our house. They rushed to get the project done at the end. This new plumber said that they did that kind of work for 6 years and they never would have left the yard like that. When I called O'connor back to come fix it, the owner, Jason, kept saying he would stop by but then not coming. He even agreed through text message based on the pictures I sent him that it was slanted towards the house. Then I get an email from Jason, the owner, saying that as per the contract they don't do anything with settlement after the work is completed. They never graded it as per the contract. They are going to claim that this is settlement that happened later which has nothing to do with them. That is not true. This is how they left the yard when they completed the work a few weeks ago. They were dishonest. Also, supposedly they hydrojetted our pipe. The new plumber said it did not look like it! I would look elsewhere for a plumber."

"Garrett was awesome! He quickly identified what needed to be done. He had all the tools and parts he needed and got my new sump pump installed quickly and efficiently. He showed me the exact price before starting the work which was very helpful. Great job all around!"

"Had a great experience working with Stephen Parker from O'Connor plumbing. He arrived on time and inspected the leak that had stained our living room ceiling. He determined it was most likely from the master bathroom toilet but could also be from a pipe. He presented two options with pricing for next steps. We chose to pull and reset the toilet before going through the ceiling to detect the source of the leak. Thankfully, when he pulled the toilet, it was clear that the wax seal between the toilet and the pipe had eroded causing the leak. He promptly fixed it with a new wax seal and also installed new supply line free of charge. He flushed the toilet several times to make sure the leak did not continue to exist. Overall, it a good experience and we definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues we have. Bonus: my dog liked him too and Stephen was great towards my dog!"

"I originally called to replace my hot water heater thinking it was leaking, but Steve Parker from O'Connor Plumbing figured out I had an old pvc pipe that cracked and broke causing the flooding in my kitchen. He did everything quickly, cleanly, and was very patient with explaining the issue with me. Steve even helped explain the issue to my insurance agent, which helped to alleviate my fears with paying the bill. I shared the price for the rates with my brother-in-law who is a real estate agent and he said they were fair. Overall, good company and great employees. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do I'll definitely call them."
