"Past 3 appointments were canceled the same day. My sister's dog (chihuahua mutt) is cute and friendly except when it comes time to trim her nails. Explicitly told them so and provided a muzzle. Past 2 times groomer complained they were bit as THEY decided she didn't need the muzzle and went as far as to try to blame my family. Don't go here. Go to a different location at the very least, they don't listen."
"its a third time my dogs appointment has been cancelled the same day of his appointment. i am scheduling appointment for him always 3 weeks earlier because i don't have much free time due to my job. as i understand they always try at the same day of the appointment to call me and reschedule the time convenient for them and if not then they cancel.. if it was one time that's fine I would understand."
"Took my six year old Labrador retriever for bath and nail trimming. Dillon was wonderful with my pet. Just wish the nails could’ve been trimmed a little bit more than they were. But I’m very grateful that he loved my dog."
