The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. We set an appointment to meet my schedule. Don showed up on time, was polite professional and went about his work quickly. We called and left a message two days before Thanksgiving (we left the message around 9pm) Don's mom called us back at 8am the next morning, and she was polite, friendly, and patient while I tried to find the model of my refrigerator. She explained everything to me and scheduled the appointment right away. By 9am, Don was here to look at my refrigerator. He took one look and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the part on his truck and was able to repair it right away. During the repair I was making Thanksgiving dinner (prep), and we chatted back and forth. He was nice and we had a great conversation. The repair went quickly, and our freezer runs great now. The price was much lower than I expected, too.
