He told me to try something first and if it didn't work to call him back. We did what he said and my washer is working great. "We have been a customer since 2001. Reliable, affordable, honest, are just a few words I can use to tell you about them. My first experience was with Mark himself on a Saturday morning when there was a puddle of water in front of my 2 year old refrigerator. Sears, whom I had purchased it from could not come until the following Thursday and wanted almost double the money to just come and look at it. He came that morning, there was an extra fee for emergency service, which was still much cheaper and fixed the problem. I have been satisfied with my over a dozen service calls since."
"My electric range bake element went out. I reached out to Mark's Appliance. They answered and were able to be patient while we diagnosed the issue that was plaguing my oven. I was able to look around my range while Mark was on the phone with me. They were able to help me find the part, even when it was hard to find parts for the oven since they stopped making parts for my oven in 2015. Got the part ordered and was able to pick it up next day. They were able to advise me on how to replace it my self. I highly recommend them, they are quick and professional."
"Excellent service! Mark was running a little late and called to let us know. He told us that a noise our washer was making was not hurting anything. He can replace the part, but it's really not necessary. His rates were quite reasonable, and he's very pleasant to work with. Even cleaned up the floor when he was done."
