I was pleasantly surprised when I was emailed and texted about the scheduled work, updated when it was completed. "The tech that came out arrived on time and was very respectful. He inspected my boiler unit while explaining in detail the parts on my heating unit and how they worked. He made sure my heating system was working correctly and safely before leaving. He told me that next year what would needed done just as routine maintenance but said there was no need to do it now because everything looked good with my unit.
