I searched google and called the companies Google had recommended however none of them could fit me in there schedule last minute on a late Friday. I read a review from one of the top HVAC companies in Cumberland MD google had recommended. In that review the customer mentioned that one of those google recommended company had blew them off and never showed up as promised. So that customer mentioned in the review that he called Apex and they showed up asap and they did an amazing job. Which prompted us to call them and they didn’t disappoint. When dealing with small/local businesses, you are worried about communications, scheduling, whether they offer financing etc. Apex Heating nails it all!!! I was pleasantly surprised when I was emailed and texted about the scheduled work, updated when it was completed. I should also mention the proposal/estimate was very detailed and included all fees and taxes...and there was no change in price when the work was completed. The owner was friendly, returned all my calls, answered all my questions. It is a definite FIVE star overall."

"The tech that came out arrived on time and was very respectful. He inspected my boiler unit while explaining in detail the parts on my heating unit and how they worked. He made sure my heating system was working correctly and safely before leaving. He told me that next year what would needed done just as routine maintenance but said there was no need to do it now because everything looked good with my unit. This company will be my first call if there is ever an issue with my heating unit."
