She listen to my problem, i mean really listen knew exactly what was saying, Cause sometimes they don't and don't fix nothing because they want to tell you. He provided excellent service and took the time to find the best deals he could for me. "The young women who helped me add a line to my account were knowledgeable and friendly. She did see to rush things along, and even though I asked multiple questions, she's just seemed to be in a hurry to finish my transaction and get me out the door. Do they have a time limit on transactions now? It was odd. And since when does Verizon not set up your new phone for you? I was handed my new phone, and she told me everything I needed to activate it was in the box, or they could charge me a fee if they set it up and activated it for me. Has Verizon/ Samsung gotten so cheap now that they don't even include wall chargers with their phones anymore. They're an extra $20 now."
