"Responded quickly on questions I had about new appliances."
"Professional, knowledgeable and a great value. Aaron has fixed my washing machine and refrigerator/freezer. He is top notch!"
"This gentleman arrived promptly and diagnosed my issue. He worked quickly and also checked for other issues. He found a leaky hose which I also had just spotted and got what he needed from his stocked van to replace it. All was done in an hour saving me $$$$. Nair's rates are very reasonable. We highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs."

"God is good... and so is Fred B Nair TV & Appliance in Mercersburg. I highly, highly recommend them if you have any appliance issues. They treated us so well and proved to be an incredibly honest business. Check this out... A week ago, I feared I'd need a new washer and already knew my fridge was on the fritz. I called Fred (and his son) to see what they thought about the washer since I had an error code and was slightly relieved to hear it could be fixed. They quoted me about $310. His son came to make the repairs, and I decided to ask about the fridge. He had time, so he said he'd take a look at it. He identified the problem and asked if I wanted him to order the part. I said yes, of course, and he came back today to finish up. (Mind you, he could have told me to make a separate appointment for the fridge, but he didn't.) I was SHOCKED when he handed me the bill today -- in a good way! It was only $345 for BOTH appliances. Now, here's what really gets me and makes me love them all the more. On the phone, when Fred looked up the part for the washer real quick, he said it looked like it would be $205. On the bill, it was only $160. He could have easily charged me the $205 I had already agreed to pay for the part and pocketed the $45 when he found it cheaper, but he didn't. That's awesome. Plus, they only charged me for one service call and an additional hour of labor, which is cheaper than two service calls, which he easily could have charged me for since he came out twice for two separate issues. These guys are good, honest men, and I am grateful."
