"DO NOT go here this is not a place you want to come to SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!!! The owner watches me the entire time i shop and have a nasty attitude. I ASK HER a question and mumble something under her breath . I expect good service when im spending my money and this place is horrible NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!"

"Bad customer service . Lady assumed id changed a price on some cheap hair. She went back and looked through all packs to make sure they were all the same . Held the line up for this . Mind you the hair is very cheap anyway. Very judgmental/racist older asian lady"

"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Besides the young black lady that is usually at the register. She was very pleasant and very helpful. I had a question about a mark down on hair that wasn’t in a package and was missing half of it tracks. So, I waited for the owner to come (older Asian lady). The owner was very nasty and walked away and mumbled under her breath, “Only 10 percent, that’s it”. No manners or anything. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE. Majority of their products have been sitting for years from the looks of it."

"Please do not spend your money here. I came here last week and specifically asked to purchase human hair. I received Synthetic hair with I later found out smh. The hair came in a pack with 3 bundles that seemed to be decent quality. I got the hair installed and by day 2 it started to become matted. I reached out to the store and they told me to bring it in. I did. The assistant manager said she couldn’t do anything so she called Lee the owner. He starts talking about how he has to reach out to the manufacturer etc etc. the point is they sold and advertised synthetic bundles for $200. On the back it states that there are fibers which means Synthetic! I will never give a dime to them again. Very disappointed."

"Horrible..they do not let you try on the wigs???!!!!! How the heck are you suppose to know if it looks good especially for cancer patients with NO hair if you cannot try it on???!!!! All REPUTABLE wig stores allow you to try on and they HELP you put them on as well. Don't bother going here. They say they need to "protect" their employee's....From what????!!! its no different having people in the store shopping and walking over and helping them then it is handing them a wig to try on...you don't get covid from your scalp....and if they are that worried then ask people to wear a mask."
