"These folks are great. They worked on an EGO lawn mower of mine that was broken and they had to deal with a lot of back and forth with EGO."

"Beware. We are beyond disappointed with our experience here. These people did a very costly amount of work on our mower, unauthorized. They then swore that they spoke to my husband and that he told them it was okay, which they didn't. My husband showed them his call log, with no calls from them. Instead of admitting a mistake and trying to find a resolution, they ganged up on my husband and doubled down on their lie that they spoke with him. They said they would pull their call log with Frontier and would undo all the work they did on our mower. Came back a week later and they still did not have any proof that they called (because they didn't). These people may have mechanical skills but they clearly lack in knowledge of how to operate a business, as they found the solution to be spending more time on a mower that they ultimately made not a penny on, and is still broken. Prior to this experience, we had a different mower serviced twice, and were satisfied. Needless to say, after being called liars and told to leave, we will not be bringing any other equipment and absolutely do not recommend."
