"I've dealt with The Computer Shop several times over the past 5 years or so. George Hebb owns and operates this small business located on Rt 219 directly across from the Wal-Mart entrance. I find him to be friendly and upfront. He is also a very knowledgeable computer tech and repair person. Nobody can fix a fried motherboard. But if that's the case he can still get all of your documents and photos and whatever else is on your hard drive and transfer it to another computer for you. Assuming the hard drive is still good of course. He can also wipe your computer system clean and reformat it so it will run very fast, like new again! He has saved my stuff on 2 different occasions now. Also made an old, corrupted and useless computer of mine run like new again! So I didn't have to pitch it and have it as a good spare now. He tells you up front what your options are and what it will cost you. He will also make house calls if need be. He has a cell phone number in addition to his business number and can be reached by cell phone at any time he isn't in his office. He may not be in his office if he is out making service calls. He will also share his expertise with you at no charge. In other words, he allows you to pick his brain if you're having problems that you may be able to fix yourself. I call him my computer mechanic and it gives me comfort knowing that I have a reasonable and knowledgeable computer tech at my disposal. One that I trust and can depend on to do his very best to keep me up and running at a price I can afford."
