Dollar General 4342 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124

"I visited the store Saturday the 3rd of February I tried to use my OCT card it took off $30 the cashier said I owed $45 more dollars so I paid her my gut told me $45 for what so I went back for a refund, the cashier refunded the whole $75 back , he asked for a credit card to put the money on because that's the only way to get refund. The money never post on my card we went back and forth, he said it take up to 2 hrs, today is the 4th still no money ,please tell me who to contact because that was the manager"

"This store is not a place I recommend to go the staff is very ignorant don't like to help or don't know what they're doing... When I walked up the staff was getting high in front of store they never have anything shelves are always empty this is why I shop online"

"assistant manager with blonde wig and hat took my receipt and trashed it when she was having trouble helping me with my return. she tried to make me pay again for the items i was returning and then got an attitude with us and tried to literally fight us. i recorded the incident from start to end. they hire anyone at this store"

"If I could give this store negative stars I would! For this being a new store I expected so much more! First thing is that half the stuff I was looking at didn't even have a price tag. Then when I got up to the line they were having trouble with the register. The person who came up to help the cashier had air pods in her ears and was either on a facetime call or a full blown speaker phone conversation. Then someone cut in line but the cashier kept all the customers engaged. When I got up to the cashier, I greeted her and she ignored me. She gave me my receipt and said nothing else. Not only did they give the impression that I wasn't welcomed in the store but they also gave the impression that because it was in a certain neighborhood that it was okay to act like that. All I wanted to do was go for a walk because it was a nice day. However, this is exactly why I shop online and get 90% of my items from Amazon."
