"One employee was too busy hanging with what I assume was her boyfriend, after she came back from the bathroom with what I assume to be a random friend. Both of these non employees hung out behind the counter and made a lot of physical contact with the employee with the bleached orangish hair. The other employee was nice...after she exclaimed how she had no idea why we were there and what we were waiting for. Do better, slackers"

Natasha and Tatyana… I need it urgently to get this gift for my super favorite niece…she lives in Canada and I’m sending her gifts tomorrow at 6 AM in the morning and I had no choice but to get these things tonight. So the store had the gate closed and I literally slipped under it LOL! hoping they wouldn’t insult me…. They saw me and they made a joke and laughed and they let me in and I was able to get my stuff. "Customer service has went downhill at this location. I been taking my children here for several years now. My children love Claire's and it saddens me to see how the manager treats customers. It's not so much the sales associates. It's the manager. It's so bad when I bring my kids and I see that she's there it just makes me feel uncomfortable. She doesn't greet customers, she doesn't asks if you need any assistance and she looks at you like she doesn't even want you to be in the store. Once you come to the register she just looks at you. She doesn't ask if you're ready to check out or if you found everything you looking for today. Sometimes she may ask you for your rewards email and then sometimes she doesn't say anything and just ring your items up. I know we are human. However we all have a job to do and we chose that job. I really hope she will work on her customer service and attitude. Because it's not fair that the sales associates get a bad rap because of their manager."
