"I dropped off my Diesel watch on October 12th to have the batteries changed as well as replace the crown. I called the establishment multiple times as after six weeks the watch was not ready. I finally got a call after six weeks that the watch was ready. When I came to the establishment the crown was still not fixed, they asked if I would leave it with them again. I did leave the watch with them again, another week went by, when I finally got the watch back from them a second time, the crown was fixed but the digital display was completely removed from the watch "time 2". See pictures of before and after. Horrible workmanship! The people were so argumentative, stay away!"

"Dirty Rotten Scoundrel When I arrived at the store at the old address, I asked where Arthur was. They said he was here but busy, so I asked where Alec, Arthur's cousin, was. I had spoken to him on the phone before coming here, and he had given me a quote of $395, tax included, for an 8-gram 14K chain and nameplate. April, a Latina lady, told me that Alec was out for work but would be back soon and that she would help me instead. After more than a week, instead of the promised two days, they gave me a dirty chain and nameplate in different shades of gold, in a dirty black box that was crumpled. The chain was green, and the nameplate was pink instead of yellow. When I asked to weigh the chain and nameplate, they only weighed 4.5 grams, not 8 grams, and charged me $400 plus $24 in tax. April refused to refund my money or make both items the same color, and she wanted an additional $150 for that. Having had enough, I went to the mall to find someone who could help me and found the real Eastern Jewelry, not the Eastpoint Jewelry cesspool. Alec told me their company has been at the mall since 1993, and those impersonating scammers from Eastpoint have nothing to do with Eastern Jewelry. Neither he nor Arthur works there, and he doesn't have a cousin from India who is 4'8" tall. If I wanted to buy a necklace and nameplate from him, he would sell it to me for $350, including tax, with a weight of 8.5 grams instead of 4 grams. Alec replaced the ugly box with a beautiful one, made the chain and nameplate the same color, and didn't charge me anything. Where is the management of Eastpoint Mall? It's a mess."
