"I go there all the time, they very friendly Never had a problem always a pleasant experience. I see some people gave some negative comments and sometimes mistakes happen it is a 24 hour store yeah I can see if you had horrible service all the time then I would understand the poor review but like the ones that they got the wrong bag mistakes happen sometimes I see the same person there. That is a long day specially running a 24 hour store but I never had a problem they’re there very friendly I constantly pick up my Amazon packages."

"I used to really like this 711! My friend and I went in there yesterday and while we were getting our money out he rung up another customer and then gave us their bag with our stuff! We didn't realize until we got to work and didn't have time to go back especially being that it was their mistake! We went in there the next day and he admitted it was his fault but made us pay! We are in there everyday spending money and it wasn't about the $3.00! The point is that we had to pay for it and it was their mistake! The point that they are soooo disgustingly cheap that they couldn't just let it go being that we are in there sometimes 2-3 times a day! They even know us by name! I feel ANY OTHER STORE wouldn't be Petty with $3.00 with every day customers! This really made me loose respect for the people running that store!"
