"Called to make an appointment and was told that they wouldn't take my dog because she would be too much work, merely because she is a Great Pyrenees. Mind you, she is reasonably clean and mat free at the moment, just needs a standard bath/brush/trim nothing crazy at all. I have owned large double coated dogs for 15+ years now and have never, ever been turned down for a grooming. If this is their policy then they need to put it on their website. It is very customer and dog un-friendly and not service oriented."

"I've taken my 2 chihuahuas here 3 times. Once for a nail trim and then a grooming session for each, separately. Stephanie was amazing with both dogs. She sent me pics of my girls during the grooming letting me know how my girls were doing. My 1 Chi tends to be hyper and has separation anxiety, but Stephanie did an amazing job and Abby was relaxed when she came home. Both girls looked and smelled wonderful. I've booked our next sessions already. They truly love your fur baby's here."
