"Kristy was the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered at Claire’s . I was in the store for 5 minutes with my daughter and this woman was sitting in her phone scrolling and never once acknowledged me in 5 minutes so me and my daughter left it’s very sad because I really wanted to get my daughters ears pierced we came back ten minutes later only to be told no piercings are being scheduled while her co worker is on break??? Who does this this is so unprofessional this is my daughters favorite store and we will not be back. She also very unaproachable very standoffish"

"The ear piercing specialist whose name I did not get (worked the pm shift on 7/27/22) was very rude to my family. My 15 year old daughter was so exited to get her second hole, but I immediately felt uncomfortable with that young lady touching my daughter so we left."
