"I called this business and left a message, they replied promptly and were so pleasant when setting up my appointment. Just before my appointment time, they texted me to let me know that there was another dog in the premises and asked if I would text before entering, to avoid a possible issue. I found that very thoughtful. While with my dogs, the owners were so calm, patient and gentle. I will be returning for sure. Lovely, kind people who truly have a way with dogs... and their owners. ;)"
