"Paisa is hands down one of my favorite corner store supermarkets in the city! If you are a fan of Spanish cooking, and need to find some ingredients that might be tough to get at whole foods search no more! I'm also a huge fan of all the candies they have and always stop by when I'm in south Philly to grab some cool candies for my sisters, or some hot Takis for myself. This place is deceivingly huge so make sure you take your time looking around, because they definitely have what you're looking for. Really friendly staff, and a fun place to practice your Spanish if you're into that."
"Love this place. Discovered it by happenstance because they accept UPS package dropoffs. But the variety of produce and groceries in general is unexpectedly good. I especially love the fresh pastries / baked goods, especially the split corn muffin w/ custard in the middle. I know, it sounds weird, but it's wonderful!"
