"I haven’t been to Sally Beauty in a while and I was here today for a toner. I have balayage done and wanted to tone down the orange tones a bit before my next appointment which is a month away. One associate was going through the toners trying to pick one out for me and then another store manager or associate stepped in and was talking to me from the front door. She didn’t even come closer to explain which toner I could use. Instead this other person says I can’t tone my hair since it’s bleached !!! I have done professional toning done at salons as a stand alone treatment and they never said I can’t tone my hair. This person goes on to say that since it’s bleached no toning can be done and no other product would work. Like seriously. I will just be ordering online and will go to another sally store instead. No time for rude employees who don’t think you can tone bleached hair or have knowledge about hair products."
