"been going to this 7-eleven for years with no issues until today at 9:50am December 2nd, 2023. whoever the manager is at the time needs to be fired. she called me out of my name for not excepting her service after she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. so much so that I took my ice cream without paying, I will be coming back when she is gone, and when the day or night shift people are in to pay for my ice cream. other than her presence this is a great 7-eleven everyone else that I have interacted with at this 7-eleven are generally good people who are doing their job correctly."

"Hot food not rotated out. Always dried out and old. Store appearance is dim and dirty. Frozen drink machine always something wrong. Donuts are old and hard. Customer associates always otherwise engaged."

"I enjoy all 7-11 stores. But the customer service from staff in this particular 7-11 is always extremely wonderful. Thank you 7-11 for having $1.00 coffee. My seniors and I love a good bargain with great coffee. We also appreciate the variety of flavors of both coffees and creamers."
