"I am not sure who the employees were but they were legit the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was extremely shocked by their willingness to help they really went out of their way to help me even bringing the cart outside and helped load everything in my trunk. A lot of times these moments aren’t recognized but whoever the manager of this store is please please please make sure your employees see this and make sure they know they are appreciated. The store is okay and the area is not too good but the employees made it totally worth it. People like this are the only reason businesses are able to keep going. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
"I just came from there on the Saturday morning and you got staff playing will not open the store at 8:00 am seems like league. Have a bunch of kids in there playing and don’t want to open a store. They tried cleaning the store up, but they still look like trash, nonchalant staff. They need to wipe them all out in her more."
"Horrible customer service. I came to the store about noon. Among other things I wanted to purchase Gain dish detergent, the sign read 2 for $4 or $2.25 each. When at the register they did not ring up 2 for $4, but $2.25 each. When I noticed this, I told the cashier (Kathy) that the sign said 2 for $4. She replied (very irritated) with, well they are ringing up $2.25. I again told her what the sign said, her reply was well I don't know the price I just got back from vacation. I then asked if she could go check. She called another employee to go check. The employee returned with a picture of the sign that in fact shows that they were 2 for $4. She showed Kathy the picture. Kathy scanned them again and said well they are ringing up $2.25 (blank stare). I said ok, well can you adjust the price. She then tells me (or attempts to fool me) that they were ringing up 2 for $4, and that it was taxes added. As as she and I both looked at the screen I told her, no they are ringing up $2.25 each and THEN the taxes were added, which it clearly showed on the screen. She then tells me that I have to wait for the GM to arrive to get the adjustment as he is the only one that can make price adjustments. I then ask for a supervisor and she explains that she is the supervisor. I then exited the store. Kathy was the most unprofessional, cold, rude supervisor, or employee that I have ever encountered. I hope a customer service training is in the near future as it is needed. As a paying customer this is not the service that I expect. Kathy was very combative and tried everything not to give me the advertisement price of the items. Needless to say that I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location."
"Love the prices on some stuff. But they would have clearance stuff up and wouldn’t sell it to me at all... (I know people who have worked here and the workers buy all the clearance stuff for 0.01 before it gets trashed..) So they probably just bought the stuff for themselves. This store is always dirty and filled with trip hazards. You have to make sure you don’t fall on anything while in there.. never honor prices, even if it’s on the product itself!"
"This store was recently renovated. What happened? I went yesterday and there are boxes of inventory all over the store. You can't even walk in the store because of all the debris. There was only ONE employee putting all the stock away. When I confronted the Manager, DAVE, he said he can't keep up the store because customers keep bothering him to complain. What is the problem? Hire more people to clean up this store. IT IS A MESS!!!"
