"I went to the CVS Pharmacy on 230 Milltown Rd in Bridgewater NJ. My daughter had surgery the prior day and I went to get her pain medication. The pharmacist refused to fill out her prescription based on her personal opinion and beliefs, even though I had a prescription. Due to it being Thanksgiving, most pharmacies were closed or were closing early. After calling and driving for 3 hours, I was finally able to find a pharmacy which filled out the prescription. I will not let my daughter be in pain based on someone’s convoluted opinions. If she cannot do her job, she should not work there."

"Absolutely terrible pharmacy customer service. They canceled my prescriptions claiming at my provider’s request, which didn’t happen. Then they refused to honor the resubmitted prescriptions the following day. I went back another day after receiving a notification from cvs that my prescription was filled. Went in to pick it up, then the pharmacist lied to my face saying that it was canceled and returned back to stock. Meanwhile I could see my prescription with my name on it in the bin. No idea what is going on there , but save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else"

"If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy workers ever. Slow, disorganized, mixes up prescriptions wrong, always has outdated insurance info even though I have updated it numerous times. I have an autistic 19 year old that I have guardianship of. I have given guardianship paperwork numerous times to keep on file and still get issues when trying to get stuff for him. Got flu shots there, told me I could get proof of vaccine info in portal afterwards. Portal never updated it. Called pharmacy and was told I would have to come in to get receipts. Came in and they wanted my childrens id's as proof, not just their insurance cards. Totally ridiculous. Some workers are nice but most are very rude."

"Female pharm tech had the AUDACITY to say “we’re really busy today, can you come another time” I needed medicine! Unprofessional and unacceptable! I went to the doctor and she prescribed me some medicine and said it’s important I start taking it right away. The very incompetent pharmacy technician told me I didn’t have any refills yet…I had never even taken this medication before and my doctor sent the script electronically during our appointment. The technicians are poorly trained and not very nice"

"Not surprised at the rating for this cvs. Completely unorganized have no clue what they're doing in the pharmacy. I waited there for 20 minutes at the drive through and they told me to move to the parking lot for 5 minutes then come back so they can help other people. I'm just as important as they are. Bad bad bad bad. Do better. On the flip note the workers there are nice but the whatever is making this place suck needs to go."
