"I had a horrible shopping experience at CVS. No one greeted me or offered any help. The staff were clueless and rude. They didn't know where anything was or how to use the register. I had to wait in a long line for a simple purchase. The products were overpriced and expired. The store looked sloppy. Don't waste your time and money. This store is a joke of a pharmacy."

"I went a little before midnight on 11/28 a few minutes before 11/29 to buy painkiller for a baby, I asked for help to a woman in charge of short stature, overweight and with white hair verbally attacked me saying that she was not in charge of helping to get the medicines to clients, with a loud tone and in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner! That was in CVS North Plainfield! I wanted to report!"

"This CVS in particular has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and very unorganized. My last two visits at this place neither time have they had the medicine I needed. They have always had the excuse that they have it on order. If you don’t have what people need to recover, then why are you open? And the people who work there are very impatient, and insensitive. I would rather drink bleach before I ever visit this place again even if it’s for a candy bar. Pharmacy staff respectfully you suck."

"Any job that you have to deal with people, it should be understood that you must be polite, it also include to look into people's eyes when you talk to them. The lady that check me in at this location pharmacy was very bad and unpleasant. Even though I ignore her, as not enough her bad costumer service, she didn't do her job right, because after 1 day, my prescription wasn't ready for pick up. I really don't understand how unhappy people thinks they will affect someone with their own frustration... I feel sorry about this lady."
