"Jackie was nice enough to squeeze our little guy into her schedule on a pretty short notice to give him the full work up (bath, trim, nails, hygiene cut etc.) Our usual groomer was unavailable so we were admittedly a little nervous to introduce him to someone new, but she was very welcoming, gentle, and calm with him which we appreciated more than anything since he could be quite anxious. Our Mini Aussie walked out of there feeling so healthy, soft and clean, and I know his paws are feeling so much better! For $68 (which is about the same we'd be paying anywhere else) it was great service! Note: She doesn't take card, cash and check only so make sure to stop by an ATM!"

"Jackie is wonderful. She groomed my two mixed Schnauzers. They are both adopted and, not knowing anything about their history, I had no idea how the two would react to being groomed. They were not very keen on being left in an unknown place let alone being groomed however, Jackie was patient and professional with them. She sent me pics along the way and even washed them in whitening shampoo! They look beautiful. I can not express how appreciative I am for Jackie nurturing my two babies through thier 'first' grooming without being tramatizing. Just take a look at their before and after pics!"

"I had my puppy to this groomer 3 times. I should have known after the first visit that this was not a quality groomer. Took my dog for a haircut and all she did was trim her face and tail. The groomer said she was unable to give her a good cut because she was too squirmy at 3 months. Charged me $40. Made an appointment for a bath and called the groomer a week before the appointment and asked for a cut also. She shaved my pups back but didn’t touch anything else. Charged $68. Made one more appointment for a bath and took the pup in. Was quoted a price of $16 plus tax. Went to pick her up and was charged $37. Husband questioned why so much for just a bath and was told that’s what it costs. I called and told her she had quoted less than $20 for a bath. Was told the price has been raised to $25 and she used a special shampoo which was $10. I had not been consulted about any special shampoo and had not been informed that the price has been raised. Poor business practices and I will be looking for a new groomer. She did refund $20 but only because I complained. I would not recommend this groomer."
