"I go here to get a Pizza. Last week they claimed the oven wasn't working. 1 Week Later the same problem while employees are sitting around the store goofing off and not even helping costumers and on top of that the oven is still not working lol. Shop Rite had an issue like this and it was taken care of the very next day. Lets talk about how I saw quite a few employees on the sales floor ignoring costumers and texting on their cell phones. Where is the management. The costumer service at this place sucks, they still have a broken oven that they refuse to repair and on top of that I also seen so many items put in the wrong places. Do people know how to read upc's and this store is small enough it shouldn't be hard to find out where everything goes. No excuse for such laziness. The store manager should be fired period along with a good amount of the lazy floor employees. This is why I still prefer shopping at the Shop Rite in Wharton. Not only do they have good costumer service but a much better self check out that actually has hand scanners which this place lacks and you do not find items out of place and they are all where they belong. Employees are actually working and they actually engage with their costumers asking you "do you need help finding anything sir or mam. If I could give this place a negative grade I would. A 1 out of 5 is too generous."

"Arrived 10 minutes before closing. Had trouble finding the only item i was looking for. Went to customer service, She was very helpful, as I'm grabbing the product off the shelf, another employee walks up to me and says that better be your last product you need to get out. Will never go back"

"I think I talked to Kurt to figure out the price of a medicine. He was courteous and prompt in reverting. He went the extra mile to the cola in the high price. I will definitely go to them in the future. I discovered their prices are better than other pharmacies in the area for a few drugs. Do shop around"

"Not always the cheapest prices and I've had negative experiences with food quality but convenience is the name of the game when I stop in for groceries. Good layout. Hardly interact with employees due to self checkout. Good but not great selection of foods. Seafood/Fish section leaves much to be desired with some stock items."
