Reviews of 7-Eleven
"Today 2/4 at around 12:30am I witnessed the employee treating a customer horribly. Yelling at the customer as he simply asked if a item done on the food rack. He was nice as he tried to explain to the employee what he was asking. The gentleman informed him that he just lost a customer and why was he yelling at him and that manner. I was absolutely disgusted to watch a paying loyal customer Get treated in this manner and he did nothing wrong absolutely nothing wrong The cashier Is extremely rude and no one should ever be treated that way. If he cannot perform his job as a 7-Eleven employee should he should find another one treat us with respect as we treat you with respect as well. When I went to the register I had an issue checking out because I couldn't remember my PIN on my card so he moved me to a different register and didn't ring up four items that I had originally had when I asked him where the items were he says huh and then I went down the aisle And re-gather the items that he did not ring up I don't know what what he did with them but they were no longer on the counter. I looked up my pin and I know this time when checking out it should work but he canceled the payment and said it didn't work and he acted like something was wrong the customer that was before me had an issue checking out as well I don't know if this is common I don't understand why he would cancel my payment while it was processing but it had already went through anyway So eventually he printed me out the receipt and I left I informed him that he should really not yell at his customers that he should treat them nicely he ignored me. The world is not a great place and I don't need to see any more nastiness than I already see on a daily basis you guys really need to get your store together and treat your customers with respect as long as they're not doing anything to you there's no reason why they should be treated as I witnessed today! I don't even know this gentleman I just happened to walk in the store when he was in there 7-Eleven you should be ashamed of yourself and the employees that you employ at your business. I'd like a response from the management team and a plan of action to treat your customers better"
"Come in here very little but staff could be better nick sounds like he hates is job"
"Scammers... Brought a lottery ticket in they tried paying me with a money order. I tried getting another ticket out of the machine. The machine wouldn't produce the ticket. They didn't have a key to the machine. The machine lock was missing. They wouldn't give us the managers number to call. The red head behind the register was rudely talking about us. Then when we confronted him. He said he thought we left. If I could give 0 stars I would."
"Came in and bought a bag of sour cream and cheddar chips, 2 ice teas, and a can of spicy jalapeño cheddar dip. I paid $5 for the dip. I walked out to my car and noticed the date was expired, it took me 15 seconds to walk from the register to my car and back inside. I said to the guy behind the counter, 80 year old Asian guy, that it was expired. I asked to switch it out and he said no, then I asked for my money back and he said no again. I asked, let me get this straight you won’t let me see if the other cans are expired and you won’t give me my money back? He told me I probably switched it out in my car. A can of jalapeño cheddar dip. I switched it out? So long story short I didn’t feel like arguing with the guy and just asked him to throw it out. I can honestly say I have been to this 7/11 countless times. My daughter works right by there and my gym is down the road. I understand not going back anymore will be a drop of water in the ocean, but I will spend the rest of my life absolutely bashing every 7/11 ever."
"This has to be one of the best 7-Elevens I've gone to in a long time. It is a corporate training store and The staff is impeccable. They always have a friendly face , they recognized me and say hello all the time. Needless to say at times having a store open 24 hours is a blessing."
