"My high school daughter takes lessons from Coach Rick. She attends 5 private lessons a week and 1 hour conditioning classes twice a week. She loves it. Coach Rick is very supportive and encourages her to push herself at her pace. He communicates with me about her progress frequently. Individual lessons are 30 minutes and there are many slots to accommodate any schedule. There are group lessons for both little kids and older students, 1 hour conditioning classes and open bouting sessions. Scheduling sessions are done online which is easy and convenient. Valhalla fencing is a family run business. Coach Dee is the high school fencing coach and offers feedback too. Many of her high school team mates take lessons here too. We are very happy with our experience with Valhalla Fencing."
