I decided to come in for an intro and I was immediately impressed with the level of professionalism, cleanliness of the space, and knowledge of the coaches when I first walked in. Kanna was different than your typical gym. The workouts are the perfect blend of strength, interval training and cardio. The Level Method makes even the most challenging movements accessible to beginners. The coaches are great about tailoring instruction to your level. You quickly learn to do all those things you couldn’t do before! The owner and staff make a real effort to build a fantastic community here.
