"I have not met a front desk cashier rude like this for years. I was trying to pick up my online order but after providing the name and order number, she still could not find it. I found the order on the pickup order shelf myself but she still kept saying my order was expired and not in the system. I told her the order was ready yesterday and she questioned me that I should pick it up the same day otherwise it was expired. In the whole procedure she was in a very impatient manner and not want to help at all. I tried to communicate with her but was asked not to yell at her. I am not yelling but just trying to show her the text messages for this order on my phone. After wasting a lot of time, she suddenly said she could see my order on her device. She dropped off my order on the floor, and no apologies at all. Now I can understand why this store only got 2 star in reviews. Maybe I should just leave and cancel my online order at the very beginning. Anyway, I will never visit this CVS again."

"CVS has the WORST customer service every time I have come here for years there is always a ridiculous line. Management is either ignorant, cheap or they just don't care. Even at the front registers I have had to track down an employee to ring me up. The WORST"
