"Yesterday I visited the store and the customer service was terrible. I couldn't touch anything because the employee came out to take it off and return it to the display. The lady was rude to me and my family. I don't think I'll come back. She never asked me what I was looking for or how I could help, terrible service and attitude with the customer."

I’m only giving it 3 stars because I have called multiple times trying to get an update on some shoes I ordered and no one will answer the phone. Aldo’s customer service is useless for talking to an actual person. I came in a couple of weeks ago to return an online order. I exchanged one pair for a smaller size and returned the other. I found another pair of shoes I liked but they did not have my size so they offered to order another pair to be delivered to the store. I have not received any type of notification that the shoes have been received. I’ve called multiple times to see if they are there but no one will pick up. I don’t live very close to the mall and it would be a pain to drive all the way just to be told the shoes aren’t there. Or even worse, they are there and no one bothered to call me."
