"The pharmacist, Nick, is very professional. Empathetic, thorough, and I was very comfortable with him giving me a vaccine. I should also mention that he's very good at giving the shot--no pain, I didn't even feel it."

"Drive thru pharmacy is especially bad; I always prepay so all I have to do is pick it up. The wait is unbelievable, they can never hear your name, you have to say it ten times and then wait some more. Got home to realize one of the meds wasn’t even in the bag, just the paperwork. Make sure you check before you leave!"

"During my time with Covid, my husband went to pick up nebulizer treatments and the people there were just so dumb. How do you work in a pharmacy? They said they don't sell nebulizer treatments. He comes home to let me know, I try to call CVS only to be hung up on after 10 minutes. He goes back and they just never bothered to fill the treatments , only having to wait an additional 30 minutes for these idiots to get it together. Meanwhile I'm at home wheezing like crazy in desperate need of my nebulizer treatments. I know it's tough to hire, but are you that desperate? I'm saddened by the Rite Aid closures; THAT was where you received quality treatment and care"

"The pharmacy is the worst. They make up stories for dates for prescription pick ups and I follow the rules for years. I was told to wait for my prescription. I was four days early. I had a relative go in to pick up my prescription. The day of the pharmacist still tried to keep my relative from picking up my prescription for me. And the attitude of the drop off counter you need to stop acting like gods because you are not, you’re just a simple pharmacist . A doctor, a pharmacy. He went to school to figure out what medicines work for other people you do not or are not a physician or a medical doctor. . So please stop acting like a medical doctor because you are not!!! This is for the people that are on Personal choice that are above 40 and follow all the rules and regulations and still get the shaft no matter what. And if you’re in recovery, you might as well forget it because they’re gonna look at you like you’re a complete junk bag.. And these pharmacists will deny until the blue in the face.. And we are more straight edge, more honest open, but you talk to us like we’re nasty people.. So when it comes to that day of judgment, and you gotta answer that question that God asked you I hope you have the right answer for him!!!!! Disgrace"

"The WORST CVS that I've ever used. They are constantly out of stock on items, many items. If you order online, they never fill the order or they cancel it. Pharmacy waits are ridiculous because they don't have enough staff! Hold times on the phone can be 15-20 minutes. I live very close to this store but I hate going there because they rarely have what I need. They need a manager who keeps track of inventory badly. I used to love CVS but not this store. I'm switching to Rite Aid when I move. Oh and their app for rewards is horrible!"
