"Very disappointed with my last time shopping. Got these cheese croissants or whatever they called and when opened it up I find out they are moldy. Just really upset that I didn’t keep my receipt, otherwise I’d definitely go there to get my money back and let them know what they’re selling to the public. I’m a returning customer and do my grocery shopping really often here but going forward I definitely will never take anything from their bakery shelves. UPD: customer service represented by Steve resolved the issue and cashier took off the amount upon my next visit! Thank you for your assistance."

"We live in Central NJ, so every time we are in the Northeast Philly, we go grocery shopping at NetCost. Today, our GPS showed us that the Welsh Rd location was closer than the one on Bustleton. It was our 1st time at NetCost Welsh Rd and we really liked the place. True that it is smaller compared to other NetCost locations, and the choices are somewhat more limited. However, it is also less crowded, more "cozy", less waiting time spent by cash registers, etc. Every food specialty familiar to the ex-residents of the former Soviet Union is extensively represented at NetCost Welsh Rd, such as Ukrainian/Russian dumplings, herring, caviar, "black" rye bread, pickles, cold cuts, sausages, smoked sturgeon, chicken, pork and beef "cutlets" (or rather meatloaves), wide variety of "ready-to-go" foods, including crab and "Olivier" salads, spicy grated carrots Korean-style, "vinaigrette" (beet salad), "pirozhki" (a kind of Eastern European samosa), borscht and "solyanka" (vegetable and cold cuts soup), "kvas" (fermented Ukrainian refreshment beverage), packaged buckwheat, and dozens and dozens of other food items. But don't get us wrong. The regular food staples, fruits and veggies, butcher corner, sauces, grains, cookies and pastries, chocolate and candies, canned food, and even Halal food section, you can find all of the above at NetCost Welsh Rd. Ample parking."

"I LOVE this place! Very fresh produce, delicious and diverse pre-made meals, smoked meats, large cheese selection , fresh meats, awesome pastry selection and much more. People that work here are not overly friendly, but nice enough. We highly recommend shopping here."
