Taking these classes have improved me physically and mentally in numerous ways and I use the skills Bobby teaches me in all aspects of my life. The classes are very inexpensive in order to encourage students and everybody to take them. Coach Bobby provides all the equipment necessary for class. He is the only owner and employee who works very hard to do all the work for the gym.
