"Personal Power Martial Arts is a special place! The instructors are welcoming and caring. The classes are interesting and fun. The program builds confidence and self esteem. We have been very happy!"
"I It is impossible to say enough good things about Personal Power and our recent experience there. My daughter and I started a few weeks ago (I earned a black belt 20 years ago when I was growing up) and Master Zohar and his team are incredible. I always wanted to start with my daughter but I did not know what I was getting myself into. Besides the quality of the facility and the incredible team he has working with him, PPMA is so much more then a karate class. Master Zohar has an ability to work with kids (and parents!) in a way which is exceedingly rare. My daughter is cautious and shy by nature and she is rapidly coming out of her shell in the class. While Karate is an incredible discipline to begin with, the way PPMA runs their classes makes it so much more. Quite honestly, it is as much therapy as it is karate and we can already see the impact it is making on our daughter. The community that exists between the students is incredible and I can already tell these are the kind of kids that I want my daughter being around. Yes, it is expensive and honestly I thought it could not be worth it. I can truthfully say it is worth every single dollar. After 5 classes, my wife and I were joking that if this is all we got for what we paid...it might honestly be worth it. Our 5 year old daughter woke up this morning and made her bed "without being asked" because she said it would make Master Zohar proud. I so strongly recommend taking the trial class and experiencing what this amazing place is like."
"My son loves his teacher and he is enjoying his lessons. I used to do some karate when I was a little girl and all we did was just physical exercises. This school is doing more than that, it is inspiring, building confidence and teaching young kids leadership fundamentals."
"I have been attending class at PPMA for the last 22 years (with some small gaps,,,). It has truly changed my life, allowing me to enhance all of my workouts, including the ones that I do at home. I have made great friends as well. Going with my son, until we achieved our Black Belts, was an intense bonding experience. Master Zohar is brilliant. I have developed better balance, flexibility, concentration, and strength. This is one of the best forms of exercise there is, and I recommend it highly. You simply cannot do any better than PPMA."
"Personal Power Martial Arts is in a word...amazing! We are so happy we chose to try out the martial arts program for teens here. We love the school, master Zohar, the instructors, and the style of the classes so much we enrolled our 4 year old - who probably loves it the most. The entire experience has been wonderful , both in class and using the app (which is really great!). What I personally love most is how each class is structured for the mind and the body. I also love how the classes teach the children (and adults!) about respect, how to handle bullying, and my personal favorite how to handle stranger danger! I would give 10 stars if I had the option. Don't hesitate..just go for a trial class and see for yourself!"
