Reviews of Dollar Tree
"Nasty and rude. There is no killing these employees with kindness. The older lady with the gray hair shouldn't be left as the only cashier if she's going to text for three minutes between each customer and then have no social skills whatsoever. It doesn't hurt to say thank you or you're welcome, even an apology.. At least that one lady is gone. If you know, you know.."
"His big selection but always feel they change shelfs around and hard to find things at times"
"I’ve been to this store twice and never again. It’s dirty and both times customers are fighting with employees because of “unfair” treatment. I understand working retail is a nightmare especially around the holidays so I feel companionate towards the employees but they are pretty rude. I don’t recommend this dollar tree."
"Love this store. But the owners need to get more help."
"I want to share my horrible experience with this place. Since I live nearby i jumped in for 2 bottles of Coke and my wife wanted a couple or three packs of juice there. At the checkout it came out to 6.63$, to which I pulled out a 100 dollar bill from my wallet since there were only 2-3 dollars in change. You should have seen it. The lady from the register called on the phone and asked another one to come, there was a line and first lady said to the other: "he bought at 6.63$ and gave me a 100$ bill(like oh my god), they stood there, looked at it,turned it in all directions, they staged a circus and show there make me feel like such an criminal. After all this, they simply said that they could not accept it, when asked what was the matter, they answered the same thing like on the book, that they could not take it. I once again persistently asked them what was the matter? They suggest me to go to the bank and change them (at 6 pm) since they are not competent and do not want to take the risk, or I can go to Acme and there is something where i can do something, really? This bullcake starting to make me really mad аnd at this point i wanted to leave everything there and just go to another more adequate store. But by some miracle I controlled myself, having offended my wife without taking her juice, I paid with that 3 dollars what I had lefted and .... leave. Of course, I heard about this incompetence and similar things happened to many of my friends, but... come on, this is United States of America 21 century !!! Is it really impossible to install banknote control equipment at workplaces or hire at least one adequate supervisor who can distinguish a banknote from a counterfeit banknote? Instead of us,customers, leaving the store happy, it ruined our evening, made me angry and upset my wife. That being said,i want to make an appeal to the management of this chain of stores, PLEASE, we understand that sometimes employees have no education at all, but install something to control banknotes, spend more time with your employees and organise some trainings to improve their skills.I really hope that this incident will reach the leadership of this organization and this will not happen never ever again.Below I will publish a photo of exactly that same evil banknote. With respect Alex Montgomery"
