"Store seems to be in constant inventory change"
"I really like the family dollars that I've been to in several cities. However this one on Rt 130 and several in Philly are too often kinda junky with boxes of inventory and things left out of place or in the isles messing to be put away. They really do have bargains and I've only experienced friendly and helpful store employees at Family Dollars which is the best thing next to their prices."
"I had to give this store a star in order to write a review. Upper management or owner needs to do something about the store hours. On line it says they open at 8am, however when I got their this morning at 8:06am the door was locked, and when I saw an employee I asked her through the locked door to let me in she said no, and then I asked her when will you open? And she said in 20 mins. This is no way to run a business. Please place the correct hours of operation on google so that customers are not turned away, or tell your employees they need to open on time for customers who are relying on them to be open at the time stated. Thank you."
"cashier very ignorant and was on the phone the entire time... also no name tag. people are looking for jobs everyday. why does it seem the nasty people get to work with the public"
"The only time you MIGHT get treated with respect is if one of the girls who run cashier are working, and sadly they are forced by their managers to stock shelves and move products forward ("Recovery") during their entire shift, so customers always have to wait, in lines that build quickly just awaiting an overwhelmed young lady. The store is so big that 1 cashier cant keep it clean all day, so there are always product in the middle of the floor, sometimes causing a safety concern hanging off the shelf, etc. I havent seen any of the managers wearing identifying badges with their names and positions like the cashiers do. If you like store managers at rinky-dinky stores raising their voices at you, catching a serious attitude and then arguing with you, trying to make you feel stupid over $1.75 because their products are all in front of a sale sign THEY forgot to take down 2 weeks ago, all until the line gets long behind you for which you are then blamed for, then this is your kind of spot! I refuse to be treated like that, and I personally will not give my money to a company whose employees (mainly management) talk to me like a piece of trash or huff and puff as if Im bothering them, when its their job! I would STRONGLY urge you to take your business elsewhere, where it is appreciated because Family Dollar clearly doesnt appreciate their customers and clearly doesnt think about, want, or care about repeat customers! Note: Family Dollar is NOT a dollar store. They are quite expensive and over-priced. You can purchase 75% of the same products or similar at an actual dollar store, like Dollar General or Dollar Tree."
