"This was my favorite store, but twice every time I go to pay they say that the card machine is damaged, out of nowhere they let two or three customers pay by card and then they tell the others that it doesn't work that it has to be In Cash, there is no sign that says there is no system, those at the central offices must be attentive because this is strange. "I was racially profiled at the store by their armed security, named Ca. Laboy. This person accused me of stealing goods after I was two blocks away from the store, following me and yelling at me the whole time. I tried to explain to Laboy that I purchased my items and used personal bagr, as per the city, and told them to check the camera regarding the items, but Laboy said, she didnt need to check the camera, because the clerk said they saw me. As I was trying to leave to get on the bus, she screamed at me and grabbed my bag, causing it to rip, after following me off property across the street to the forman mills. I called the cops as she berated me and unlawfully detained me. I even attempted to show her a receipt but it was from the previously month, as I shop there frequently (and have been profiled before). I tried to explained to her I might have dropped it because I was carrying 6 gallons of ice tea and trying to make the bus. She didnt see me take the products. She damage my property which forced me to miss bus and detained me illegally. Ca Laboy was then given a call by the clerk after all this, saying that I wasnt the guy, to which she smugly told me I could catch my bus now.
