"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Alisa was absolutely wonderful in handling an issue that I had. Long story short- I ordered baseball photos for my oldest two sons but never received them in the mail even weeks after everyone else in the league did. When I contacted the company via email, Alisa was quick to respond and got down to what the issue was. She resent the prints and ensured that I received them. The pictures are great quality and look awesome! The company is very friendly, understanding and delivered top of the line customer service!"
"For youth baseball, photos became available only after the season ended. Parents repeatedly asked me where the players photos were. The photos should have been mailed after the season ends and they can’t deliver the product. Instead they sit in the snack shack at a limited access field. Update:11/17/2022 For youth football season, again snap photo was the vendor. They were late to set up the shoot. I just received by mail my kids photos from the youth football shoot. The photos that were with me as a coach with my children as players are missing. As I type this, player parents are messaging me asking where their photos are."
"Just received my nephews football pictures and I don't understand why it looks like he's standing on a triangle thing of turf and the rest of the background is white, I'm not happy with them at all"
"I was not happy with the quality of the photos SNAP photography took for my children's soccer club. The pictures were very dark and not so professional looking. But definetly very dark. I expected a better color for professional photos. In addition it took 5 weeks from when they were taken to when we received them. Not pleased at all with them."
"They always seem to run smoothly and we've been doing this for years. But this time there were issues I heard about from other parents not receiving the right order, missing items or even then not telling one kid in a group photo to take off sunglasses etc. Seems like they're not paying attention to details. I'm missing half my order. Contacted them and they ensured they weren't running behind. Yet, here we are, seasons completely over and still haven't received them."
