"Horrible service, my husband went to get me some cold medicine and it was locked, he pushed the bottom to get help and the guy yelled that they didn’t have a key and then went to whisper another employee that he didn’t want to open the case because he pushed the bottom twice. Obviously there is very poor management and employee training at this location. Im switching all my prescriptions to rite aid."

"Couple days ago I went to the doctors and they called my son in antibiotics for an ear infection in both ears and it should of been ready at the pharmacy by the time i got there an hr later bdc the docgors cslled it in a half an hr before we left so it would be ready when go pick it up&so my son would have it right sap instead of being in pain.I got at the pharmacy an hr later and they said nothing was called in yet.I said if it's not ready OK but was called in bec I heard the Dr call it in.I just wanna make sure it didnt get called in the wrong pharmacy by accident!The lady you can tell she didn't wanna check bec the way she was acting and they were busy but don't lie.So I had to wait again and my son screaming crying in pain.I had to go home bec 3 to almost 4 hrs later they said nothing called in.I called his Dr's back&left a message blaming them instead of CVS.The next day I got a message saying my sons meds is ready to be picked up just confirm it.Since I got a text saying it was ready I thought his Dr's just called it in but when I got the script it said something about it was called the the day before when I went and it was called it&was there 10 mints after the first time I went.So I waited for no reason&kept going back for no reason.What if it was a script he really needed more than antibiotics!"

"Google should allow a zero star option for places like this. Save yourself some time and send your prescription to literally any other pharmacy. I’ve now gone without my meds for 3 days and the staff truly could not care less. Each time I go in there is some new reason why they are still working on my refill."

"Waited 30 mins in the drive thru,the line never moved,so I went inside waiting 20 mins and the line never moved,I left without my prescription, the workers were moving very slow and looked very confused and this isn't the first time, also the last time I was there they made a bunch of mistakes giving me the wrong prescription i called my doctor he said they dont know what they're doing over there"
