"The customer has gotten better. Just need to get gravy n Grape Jelly. I love how the store looks now"
"I stopped into the store after coming from the church around the corner to pick up a few items while carrying groceries I had previously got from elsewhere. The guy with the dreads appears to have bias and self hatred against people of his own culture. Upon entering he was fixated on me as I casually looked for specific items that I usually purchase from here. Each item wasn't available and shelves were mostly empty . Figured they hadn't received their shipment of stock yet, I proceeded to the door. He insisted on checking my bags after following me around the store at a distance then stood in the doorway to block me from leaving. When I mentioned He couldn't violate my privacy he belted out for a manager to add insult to the situation . The manager told him I arrived with the groceries . Embarassed he walked over behind the cash register belting out " I was doing my job". However, figuring everyone has a bad day went back to this same location today7/28 . Shelves again empty of the items I was looking for . The same guy again with dreads followed me while using micro aggression and verbal agitation and met me again at the doorway.with snide remarks and sarcasm. Furthermore,His presence at the store will not intimidate customers into purchasing what they don't need nor is it okay for him to harass people of color based on his preconceived notion and or biasis. The young man's ego is huge and without customers he fails to realize he wouldn't have a job. In conclusion ,being disrespectful to his elders, rude and obtuse isn't good customers service at all. He's only been working here less than a month and already thinks he owns the store and will step on the people who patronize it for ops and recognition. Although ,his ethnic appearance may fool some. It's the behavior and actions that tells the truth of his intentions and deity."
