"Drove about 30mins to the wash but very disappointed. This is one of the very few places that come with air dryer. However, the power is way too small and does not blow away the water. Also, the soap & rinse only removes some really easy-to-peel-off dirty and grime while leaving most of them there. Very disappointed."

"Went to the self service car wash - washed my brand new, less than 400 miles car - this wash stained my windows, and my paint with hard water - impossible to remove and requires detailing service now. Brush used to soap up car apparently had something stuck in it, and scratched my mirrors as well. I havent been more upset and my heart sunk at how bad this place ended up being for my new car. I tried contacting the owners, but no response."
