"Improved experience since the last few times I had been in. I stopped in for my usual breakfast and work lunch pick up and I was greeted by two employees one was merchandising and the other mopping. I had been looking for a very specific sandwich that I hadn't been able to consistently find. I asked an employee named Paul if they were able to make any upon request. Paul was happy to help. He found the sandwich I was looking for and had it heated up for me. Kudos for going above and beyond!"

"The worst sheetz I have been too and it's new! Zero stars if i could. Service is horrible and the bad service carries over to the food quality. They rush and move too quick and then forget stuff and make mistakes, so all the rushing and moving quickly is actually causing them to be slower through rework. Today, 1/27 at 746pm, I placed Sheetz Order Confirmation: # 89981801. Get there by 8pm to pick up moble order #801. Surprised it was ready so quick right when i get there...it's because it was slopped together. Guy with sweaty face can't find the order because tag is missing from bag. Then he find a plastic bag that's tied in a knot and thinks it is mine. So he rips bag open like he is competing in Worlds Strongest man and starts grabbing food out of the bag. He was in such a hurry that he was squeezing the sandwiches, mushing them with his gorilla grip. Then he pulls my daughters mac n cheese bites out and smashes those to pieces. One of the bites had a finger print where his finger poked it from grabbing it vigorously. He turns the breakfast buritto bowl upside down like he was tossing a salad bowl. Guacamole all over the place on the lid. Then he rapidly forces all the food back in new bags. My 11 year old daughter asked me what was wrong with the guy that gave us our food because it was THAT OBVIOUSLY BAD, even to an 11 year old. We get home and unpack the mess.. breakfast burrito bowl has cold turkey sausage that was not heated to temp, cheese is missing, more guacamole than egg. My burger had more lettuce on the outside than on it. Burger looked like they shot lettuce on it with a lettuce cannon from five feet away. Burger missing extra slice of cheese. Italian hoagie cheddar cheese was broken in bits on top of the hoagie instead of in it. How you put broken pieces of sliced cheddar all over the outside of a hoagie, no idea other than pure ignorance and lack of care. Bucket of fries was in a bucket container but only filled half way. All the food was cold and I got there within 15 minutes of placing the order. Not one item was hot. $35.65 wasted!!! If sheetz doesn't fix this location soon, I'll go to the WaWa down the street instead. This does not happen at the WaWa."

"I don’t understand how a new business can be this bad. It’s filthy. FILTHY. Trash cans overflowing. Clogged toilets. Surfaces of counters are disgusting. It honestly appears to have never been cleaned. Management should be replaced ASAP. Wawa was just approved to build two doors down. Good luck."

"Very disappointing for a Sheetz. A poor selections of soft drinks. Unless you want diet Pepsi or Coke. Limited low calorie drinks. The drink cases are typically almost empty and/or disheveled. The person(s) responsible for ordering seems to be not qualified when it comes to stocking a variety of products. Made to order food is fine. However, employees are seldom available to help. Where do they go to hide? A majority of poorly trained employees. Also the store is somewhat messy. A below average convenience store."

"If I could have provided less than one star, I would have. We ordered using the app and 90% of our order was incorrect. Just go to Wawa instead. One of the perks with sheetz is supposed to be that they have a fryer, but if you don’t get the fried items you order, what’s the point? I’m not sure if it’s significant understaffing or folks not having the appropriate managerial support and training, but it’s baaaad. 1. Ordered 3 tacos, got round nacho chips and cold cheese 2. The cheeseburger had so much mustard on it, we had to scrape it off to actually eat. 3. Ordered Shwings, never received (but they did give the blue cheese?!?) 4. Charged for a cheese cup for pretzel, got no cheese cup 5. Ordered a king size candy bar and received a regular size 6. Substitutions given for another candy item ** the hash browns ordered were the only item that was correct One or two of these things happening could be understandable, but this is ridiculous."
