"Stacey and the manager were extremely friendly and their service was very effective. As a first time MRI experience, Stacey was very calm and she gave me peace of mind, very professional and fast service. She also made sure that all of my needs were met. Highly recommend."
"5 star for front desk, and ladies who did my MRI. As I was being taken back for my procedure I overheard a well dressed lady, want to say supervisor, just completely degrading the front desk people. The front desk has always been helpful and professional, but after hearing the supervisor chew on them like they were trash, my heart was heavy. I do hope the company is aware of this that goes on, the poor girls looked so defeated, but were super friendly after this. What a disappointment to hear this, such hardworking ladies and to be treated this way is heartbreaking. Do better!!"
"Staff was very compassionate and patient. Progressive was able to get me in for an appointment the next day when other local providers were at least a week out on appointments would highly recommend progressive radiology."
"Avoid using their service. I thought I had a small labral tear in my hip, I was advised to get the MRI. After injection they pushed my leg extremely hard which I did not know was going to happen. I was not able to walk for about a week, I had to use crutches and sit on a donut to go to the bathroom, I was completely fine mobile and able to walk and run before the procedure and took a week off afterwards. I was not advised that this was going to be the case. They also billed me multiple times, one bill coming two years later. It is pretty upsetting that I keep paying for such a bad service."
