"I liked this place but they discharge my son over a misunderstanding he was suppose to go from office visit to school visit they send paperwork to be filled but I forgot them at home so I filled them out in the office only to be told it was the wrong school and the wrong county the girl in the office gave me and the someone try to reach but I couldn’t be reach which I never talk to anybody or gotten a call"

"At one time I would have given a five star review, but unfortunately now I feel like this practice has failed my daughter terribly. She was discharged from this practice without warning in the middle of a mental health crisis. Most of the staff there is amazing and supportive. We are just very hurt and disappointed with the administration’s decision on this. I want to finish with a statement for one staff member in particular, I hope you know who you are. Thank you."

"I have been seeing Roberto for quite a few months now and it's been really helpful for me to be able to talk to someone who is non-judgmental and kind. Also Dr. Hernandez is very professional and listens when I talk to her and she has gotten me on a regime that works for me. I have been doing a lot better with their help than trying to manage on my own. Kathy in billing was also super helpful and nice when I had to do some changes to my payment plan. Overall the staff and providers have made my mental health journey a lot easier and accessible. "
